Stewardship Committee

The Stewardship Committee promotes the concept of Christian stewardship, which is based upon sacred Scripture:
1. Everything we have is a gift from God.
2. Each of us is blessed with unique and specific gifts to carry out God’s work on earth.
3. Each of us must be grateful to God for our gifts.
4. Gratitude is demonstrated by giving back time, talent, and treasure. No one of these gifts is greater than the other.

As Catholics we are all free to choose how we will give of our time, talent, and treasure. Our goal as a committee is to inform our parish about Christian stewardship and promote the many opportunities
available to participate in our parish and God’s work through the givingof time, talent, and treasure. We encourage each parishioner to prayerfully consider how he or she can best give back to God a portion of the gifts that He has given to them.

The Stewardship Committee meets at 7:30 a.m. on the first Tuesday of every other month. Micah Mauney is the committee chair.
